Hey Everyone there are 3 days left for the new Kickstarter for my brand new artbook TITANIUM. The last of the Book nine Kickstarters are shipping out this week. All the head sketches are done and the 11x17 commissions will be wrapping up this week as well.

Firstly, before jumping into what we have instore for you in this Kickstarter, I want to send out a big THANK YOU to everyone that has supported me through the years on Kickstarter and at the conventions. With out all your support, I would not be able to do what I love so much as a career. Your support gives my staff and me the ability to work in an amazing creative industry that we love. Creating new characters and fun takes on the characters you love is what drives me. Thank you and I promise to keep making the art you love.

Now onto the fun part.... THE NEW ARTBOOK!
It's that time of year again... You guessed it: A new Jamie Tyndall Artbook! However, this time we are completely redesigning the books and they will be in a different format and have a different look to them. The new artbook will be part of new series of comic book sized books with hardcovers. Our reimagined series will be named after the elements from the Periodic Table. The 64 page TITANIUM Edition will be the first book of many released. Our past artbooks will be put into a compendium later this year. Part of the change is the fact that we have sold so many of the other artbooks because of your amazing support and it wouldn't be cost effective to reprint them. We have gotten a lot of fan demand for a large compendium to be published in the future.
You may ask: Why the change? This new size will reduce the costs to you our fans and also allow us to print in the USA. Printing local will also mean not printing overseas and providing more local work here in Saint Louis. This also means the books will go out faster after the kickstarter cutting down delivery times by months. Our size will also allow us to do our awesome metal covers and make book sets in Comic-folios and Mystery boxes.
But wait... there's more!
We are not only launching a new Artbook in this format, but we are also launching a brand new type of book. The new book is called "Behind the Line". These books will be a behind-the-scene look at my work and my studio. Behind the Line will include more artwork that shows the progress from rough sketches to the final cover. The books will also include an interview section, top 10 by fans, a cosplay corner, as well as a full blown gallery. The format to these is a magazine-portfolio hybrid that we know you'll love. The Behind the Line books will also have a sketch variant that can be sketched on like a sketch cover. This will make these books even more special as collectibles. The new formats will also be available to be CGC'd and graded.
The first two books are Behind the Line DANGER ZONE 1 and 2. Both books will have totally new content of the awesome artwork you have come to love. These books are a first shot at what we hope to be a quarterly release with fun content and lots of unseen artwork. I have included some graphics below to show the interiors of the new books as well as the covers. If these books prove to be popular we want to also do them for comic con exclusives.
